Midland 445 BT is a licence free PMR446 transceiver for use in all existing EU countries (in Italy, PMR446 radios are subject to general authorisation). It is the first PMR446 radio in the world with the Bluetooth function built in.
The Midland 445 BT is a multifunctional radio which is easy and practical to use, it’s the ideal solution for your spare time activities but also in commercial and industrial situations. Thanks to the wireless connection to any Bluetooth headset and to the provided external PTT button together with the water proof case, it is ideal solution for motorbike to motorbike communication.
You can take your Midland 445 BT everywhere and easily “wear” it thanks to its supplied belt clip. It works with 4 AA type alkaline batteries (or 4 Ni-CD / NiMH rechargeable batteries), it can store up to 20 channels that can be quickly scanned (SCAN function).
To protect every channel from other users’ interferences, Midland 445 BT has 38 CTCSS tones that guarantee impeccable communications even in presence of background noises. Midland 445 BT is equipped with chronometer which is ideal for activities where the average time is important.
